Yes — completely free for both employers and workers during our Fredericton pilot. We may introduce optional premium features later, but the core platform will always have a free tier.
Which cities do you serve?
Right now we're focused exclusively on Fredericton, New Brunswick. We're expanding to Moncton, Saint John, and Atlantic Canada in Phase 2 — expected mid-2026.
How quickly can I find workers?
Most employers receive their first application within a few hours of posting. Our AI matching helps surface the most relevant workers for your specific role.
Do workers need to upload a resume?
No — workers can apply with just their name, email and phone. But uploading a resume unlocks AI skill matching and gives employers more confidence in your application.
How does ShiftHarbour make money?
We're currently in our pilot phase and free for everyone. Our future revenue model will be based on optional paid features for high-volume employers — never pay-per-application.
